AIM:
- To provide information on seed quality by conducting seed test and analysis according to the national and international rules and standards.
- To identify seed quality problems and their probable causes.
- To determine the need for drying and processing and specific procedures to be used.
- To determine, if seed meets established quality standards or labeling specifications.
- To ensure that the best quality seeds are produced and sold to farmers.
POLICY:
Company management is fully committed to the standard continual improvement of the quality management systems and setting a benchmark in terms of assure to supply the quality seeds to the customer/farmers with comply national and international standard test methods as well as follow ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (E) QMS and rules and regulation of BAB (Bangladesh Accreditation Board) and in accordance with ISTA rules. Human resource is our big asset to comply the test and analysis and continual improvements through training (Internal and External) and motivated activities with the related fields. An experienced and educated team has been working in the laboratory to confirm the quality test with provided/collected sample as requirement of sample procedure and all personnel are familiar with the quality documentation and procedure with their work.
OBJECTIVES:
- Provide certificate with specified the seed quality by following ISTA rules and methods for seed testing and sampling.
- The customer satisfaction index will be minimum 4.5 out of 5 points within the year 2031 in respect of quality test and analysis by competent and qualified personnel.
- Reduce 40% of complaints by delivering quality seeds with proper test and analyses through implementing the policies and procedures.
- Professionally and effectively performing seed testing services to produce accurate timely results and submit to customer within maximum 30 days after receiving the sample.
