AIM • To provide information on seed quality by conducting seed test & analysis according to the National & International rules & standards. • To identify seed quality problems and their probable cause. • To determine the need for drying and processing and specific procedures to be used. • To determine, if seed meets established quality standards or labeling specifications. • To ensure that the best quality seeds are produced and sold to farmers. POLICY Company management is fully committed to with the standard continual improvement of the Quality management systems and setting a benchmark in terms of assure to supply the quality seeds to the customer/farmers with comply National & International standard test methods as well as follow ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 (E) QMS and rules & regulation of BAB (Bangladesh Accreditation Board) & in accordance with ISTA rules. Human resource is our big asset to comply the test and analysis and continual improvements through training (Internal & External) and motivated activities with the related fields. An experienced and educated team has been working in the laboratory to confirm the quality test with provided/collected sample as requirement of sample procedure and all personnel are familiar with the quality documentation & procedure with their work. OBJECTIVES • Specified the seed quality information crops and variety all lots in the seed stock to be tested 90% of total lots in every two months within the year 2023 with followed by national & International Standard. • Customer satisfaction index will be minimum 4 out of 5 points within the year 2010 in respect of quality test & analysis by competent and qualified personnel. • Reduce 10% complain by delivery of quality seeds with proper test and analysis through implemented the policies and procedure. • Professionally & effectively performing seed testing services to produce accurate timely results & submit to customer within maximum 30 days after receiving the sample.
